PMJS Member Description:
The seller is responsible for transfers. The Registration Certificate must be mailed back to PMJS for the Transfer to be completed. A copy will be mailed to the Seller and a new Certificate to the Buyer. If the Registration Certificate is lost or damaged the Replacement Certificate must also be purchased. Non-member description:
The SELLER is responsible for transfers. If Seller doesn’t comply within 90 days, non-Member Buyers may request Transfer and Replacement Certificate for discounted combined fee of $15 on day 121 or later. Bill of Sale or proof of purchase is required.
If available, the Registration Certificate must be mailed back to PMJS for the Transfer to be completed. A copy will be mailed to the Seller and a new Certificate to the Buyer. If the Registration Certificate is lost, damaged or not provided a Replacement Certificate will be provided.
